Want a new pack? Not sure which pack or computer to buy? ♢ Practical links. TS3, if you're not already familiar is kind of a poorly optimized mess. Expect bugs and slowdown and lag.Pets causes a lot. If you don't need it, that one can go.Seasons causes a lot, but isn't really expendable imo. Things like Island Paradise, World Adventures and University create separate worlds for play where you must travel to use the pack fully.
If you don't see yourself spending much time in these worlds, maybe pass on the pack. Generations is either mandatory or nearly useless depending on your play styleModthesims has a bunch of performance based mods that are nearly mandatory.
I can't stress this enough. TS3 is my least favorite in the series due to open world/lag/loading times.
With a good computer though, you can get it to run alright.
